The bank's compliance team manually reviewed over 12,000 regulatory documents per quarter. Processing averaged 19 days per batch, creating backlog risk ahead of Central Bank reporting deadlines and tying senior analysts to repetitive classification work.

Irish Guru designed and deployed an AI document classification and extraction pipeline integrated with the bank's existing case management system. We implemented human-in-the-loop review workflows to satisfy model governance requirements, trained internal staff on model monitoring, and delivered audit documentation accepted by the compliance function.

A UK government agency operated over 100 applications across three on-premises data centres, with rising maintenance costs and an end-of-life hardware refresh approaching. Leadership needed a migration path that maintained service continuity and met NCSC cloud security principles throughout the transition.

We conducted a portfolio assessment, designed an Azure landing zone aligned to the agency's security classification, and executed a phased migration using the 6Rs framework. A FinOps workstream was established from month one, with Irish Guru embedding cloud architects alongside the agency's internal infrastructure team through cutover and stabilisation.

A regional health network spanning multiple hospitals had development teams deploying to shared infrastructure with inconsistent pipelines, no automated security scanning, and an average release cycle of 41 days. Clinical system updates were delayed, affecting patient-facing digital services and creating audit findings on change control.

Irish Guru built an internal developer platform on Kubernetes with standardised CI/CD templates, integrated SAST and DAST scanning, and a self-service portal for environment provisioning. We co-delivered with the network's platform team over nine months, establishing SRE practices and incident response procedures aligned to healthcare continuity requirements under HSE and NHS DSPT expectations.
