Irish Guru is a Dublin-headquartered technology consulting and delivery company serving organisations across Ireland and the United Kingdom. We work with CTOs, engineering directors, IT leaders, and transformation sponsors who need senior people on the ground — designing architecture, running migrations, hardening CI/CD pipelines, and handing over systems that meet audit and regulator expectations.
Our practice spans artificial intelligence, cloud migration, DevOps and DevSecOps, platform engineering, data and analytics, and technology strategy. Design
Define target architecture, migration sequencing, security controls, and operating model. Validate high-risk decisions with proof-of-concept work where uncertainty would block delivery.
Stage 03
Deliver
Execute in iterative cycles with CI/CD integration, weekly progress reviews against agreed metrics, and transparent reporting to your sponsor and change advisory board.
Stage 04
Transfer
Document, train, and hand over operational ownership. Your team receives runbooks, on-call playbooks, and paired delivery sessions so they can sustain and extend what we have built.
