We operate as a tight, senior-only practice. Each consultant we field carries 10–18 years of delivery experience. We do not staff projects with graduates or sub-contract delivery to third parties.
When we take on a programme, a principal consultant joins your team — in your stand-ups, in your codebase, at your architecture reviews. Work is scoped against clear production milestones and reviewed weekly against those targets.
We are headquartered in Dublin. We engage regularly with clients across Ireland and the UK, including London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Belfast, and Cardiff.
